Margrina grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use this website solely for the purpose of evaluating products, obtaining product information, and initiating business inquiries.

Permitted Use: You may browse product catalogs, download publicly available technical documents, submit inquiry forms, and contact our sales team through designated channels.

Restrictions: You may not reproduce, redistribute, scrape, or commercially exploit any content from this website without prior written consent from Margrina. Automated data extraction tools, bots, or crawlers are strictly prohibited unless authorized in writing.

Margrina reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to this website at any time without notice, including in cases of suspected misuse, unauthorized access attempts, or violation of these Terms.

Margrina manufactures and supplies automotive engine management system components including, but not limited to: throttle bodies, sensors, electronic actuators, solenoid valves, ignition coils, fuel injectors, high-pressure fuel pumps, fuel pump assemblies, idle speed motors, thermostats, electronic water pumps, and high-voltage cables.

All product descriptions, specifications, images, and application data published on this website are provided for informational purposes. While we endeavor to maintain accuracy, Margrina does not warrant that all product information is complete, current, or error-free. Final product specifications are confirmed through official quotation documents and purchase agreements.

All inquiries submitted via this website constitute a request for quotation only and do not form a binding purchase order. A binding order is only established upon: (a) issuance of a formal written quotation by Margrina; (b) acceptance of said quotation by the buyer; and (c) execution of a Purchase Order or Sales Contract signed by both parties.

Margrina reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its sole discretion. Quotations are valid for the period specified therein and are subject to availability of materials and production capacity at the time of order confirmation.

Pricing, lead times, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and shipping terms shall be as stated in the applicable quotation or purchase agreement. Any changes to confirmed orders must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

All content on this website -- including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product images, technical data, design documentation, and software -- is the exclusive intellectual property of Margrina or its licensors, and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws of the People's Republic of China and international conventions.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, transmit, or create derivative works from any content on this website without prior written authorization from Margrina.

For OEM/ODM engagements involving customer-provided designs, trademarks, or branding, intellectual property ownership shall be governed by the terms of the applicable OEM/ODM agreement. Margrina does not claim ownership over customer-supplied designs but retains the right to use internally developed manufacturing processes and tooling.

Any non-public information exchanged between Margrina and a customer during the course of business -- including technical specifications, pricing, production processes, customer data, and business strategies -- shall be treated as confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent.

Where a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is executed between Margrina and the customer, the terms of that NDA shall govern confidentiality obligations. In the absence of a formal NDA, both parties agree to maintain reasonable confidentiality standards consistent with professional business practice in international trade.

This confidentiality obligation survives the termination of any business relationship or the expiry of these Terms.

Margrina maintains a comprehensive quality management system encompassing full-process quality inspection, two-way traceability mechanisms, and performance and durability testing protocols. All products are manufactured to meet or exceed applicable industry standards.

Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover defects arising from improper installation, unauthorized modification, misuse, normal wear and tear, or use in applications outside the product's specified parameters. OEM/ODM products are subject to warranty terms defined in the applicable supply agreement.

Except as expressly stated herein, Margrina disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Margrina's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the use of this website, or any products or services supplied, shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Margrina for the specific products or services giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Margrina shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunity, loss of data, or reputational damage, even if Margrina has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Margrina shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, acts of government, pandemics, transportation disruptions, raw material shortages, or labor disputes (Force Majeure).

When using this website or engaging with Margrina, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent inquiries or order information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, server, or associated systems.
• Use this website to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of Margrina or any third party.
• Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the functionality or security of this website.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations in connection with your use of this website or business with Margrina.
• Resell, reproduce, or publicly display Margrina's product data, pricing, or proprietary technical documentation without written authorization.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Negotiation: In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or any business transaction with Margrina, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice of the dispute.

Arbitration: If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) in Shanghai, in accordance with its arbitration rules then in effect. The arbitration shall be conducted in English or Chinese as mutually agreed. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.

Margrina reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Your continued use of this website or continued business engagement with Margrina following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of this website and notify Margrina in writing of your objection.

For existing orders and contracts already in force at the time of any amendment, the Terms in effect at the time of contract execution shall continue to govern unless both parties agree otherwise in writing.
